As Senior Product Manager CX – App, Onboarding & Insights, your responsibilities include:
Onboarding & Insights scrum Team
Lead the Onboarding & Insights Team, a multidisciplinary group responsible for delivering seamless onboarding experiences and actionable insights to customers. In the team that you will be the Sr. PM off there are 2 FE’s, 1 iOS, 1Android, 1 BE, 1 DA, 1QA, 1 Designer and most likely a jr. PM will join your team so you can be shadowed and this person can learn from you.
Mentor and coach the Junior Product Manager who will join your team, ensuring their professional development and contribution to team success.
App Ownership
Take end-to-end ownership of the Eneco & oxxio Mobile App, shaping its vision and ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for all users across products.
Collaborate with the App Foundation Team to establish and execute a cohesive app strategy, ensuring all teams working on the app align with your vision.
Define the look and feel, design, and content standards of the app, making strategic decisions about what is shown, to whom, and when. (in collaboration with design).
You are a skilled and ambitious product manager with a strategic mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and are adept at balancing multiple responsibilities. The importance of the operational aspect of this job, writing requirements, refining stories & ensuring business logic is taken into account in your designs must not be overlooked.
What You Bring:
PSPO I certification (must-have); PSPO II is highly desirable.
5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a customer-centric, mobile-focused environment.
Proven ability to coach and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
Strong skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional team facilitation.
A hands-on approach to writing requirements and user stories, as well as creating and presenting business cases.
Deep understanding of agile methodologies and experience acting as Scrum Master.
Expertise in UI/UX design principles, with a strong ability to influence and shape customer-facing interfaces.
Experience working with mobile and desktop products and a good understanding of technical and design processes.
Delivery Excellence: Steer the delivery process within your team, ensuring operational efficiency and consistently high-quality outcomes.
Discovery & Innovation: Maintain a data-driven discovery process to identify customer needs and prioritize solutions that deliver meaningful impact.
Scrum Leadership: Act as Scrum Master, facilitating agile rituals and fostering collaboration and productivity.
Stakeholder Management: Navigate Eneco’s complex stakeholder landscape, building alignment and fostering relationships across teams and departments.
Roadmap & OKRs: Develop a clear roadmap and align it with team and company OKRs, while crafting business cases for new initiatives.
Vision Evangelism: Internally and externally promote your vision for the app and the onboarding & insights journey, driving excitement and support from stakeholders.
