Group product manager

As a Group Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing strategies that align ERP and financial systems with business objectives. You will:

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers in the Finance and ERP domain.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to develop and optimize ERP and financial systems.
• Define success metrics and ensure systems meet performance, scalability, and uptime standards.
• Oversee system maintenance, upgrades, and disaster recovery processes.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in product management within the team.

You are a proven leader with over 10 years of experience in Product Management, particularly within ERP and finance systems. You have successfully delivered enterprise solutions and excel at stakeholder management. Ideally, you also bring:

• Expertise in ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• A metrics-driven approach to decision-making and system optimization.
• Experience in managing system integrations and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting tools.

Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the delivery, integration, and optimization of ERP and financial systems. You will align cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution while maintaining a clear focus on operational excellence. Specifically, you will:

• Manage system performance and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Develop business cases for ERP and financial system initiatives.
• Facilitate collaboration between trade, finance, and operations teams to achieve shared goals

In this role, you will report to the Director of Product and work alongside cross-functional teams from finance, IT, and operations. This collaborative and dynamic environment will allow you to drive impactful change while further developing your leadership and strategic skills.
