Work hard, play hard for a bigger impact

We call everything that produces or transports energy at Eneco our assets, such as solar parks and wind farms – and don’t forget heat pumps in people's homes. Eneco wants to make all these assets more sustainable as quickly as we can so our output doubles, cost are lower and our production greener.

Do you want to communicate with wind turbines?

The trick is to carefully monitor all the data that our assets produce. The Internet of Things enables remote communication between a wind farm and our control centre. It means we can slow the turbines down if they generate more than the grid can handle on a windy day.

Can you help accelerate the heat transition?

Consumers in the Netherlands will eventually have to get rid of gas and switch to district heating or a heat pump. It’s a big job, with challenges in terms of logistics, processes and costs. With your knowledge and expertise, you can help to organise the heat transition in the best possible way.
